KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage the development and approval process of title(s) from initial concept design or acquisition through to final mastering. To line manage and coach production staff, educating on production methodologies and internal processes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• 3+ Years Games Production and or Design Experience
• Successfully produced multiple high profile and commercially successful game/franchises on PS3 or X360 platforms
• Hands on, Collaborative Leadership style
• Evidence of making design/content decisions which have improved project quality
• True passion for games combined with a commitment to delivering the best achievable gaming experience
• High credibility with development peers combined with strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent Commercial awareness – ability to work effectively with marketing
• Proven Team Manager
• Solid Project Management Skills
• Budget Management
• Diplomacy when working with internal and external partners
