We’re a small and growing team of experienced incubators and game developers working with truly inspiring entertainment technology. We brainstorm exciting and ground-breaking experiences and quickly build working prototypes on top of developing tech. We transform our ideas into reality through shipping a first-to-market product.
You are able to translate all types of ideas to visual mediums. Mastery of 2d and 3d methods and tools is crucial. Working with developing technology means you have to be fast at turning around your visualizations and be able to deliver loose sketches, polished finished pieces and 3D visual targets. You are able to deftly illustrate characters, environments, graphic designs, effects and overall treatments.
As a Senior Artist, you will be working collaboratively with the Art Director, lead designers, developers, producers and other artists to develop pre-visualizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop artistic targets working collaboratively with highly creative team.
- Maintain a highly-positive proactive work ethic
- Work with AD to develop visual standards and style guides.
- Work with discipline leads to develop aesthetics for their areas (i.e. environment lead)
- Set 3D visual targets for the team
- Provide outsourcing teams with ample visual detail (front, side, backs etc.) to deliver high quality art assets
- Assist in art directing outsourcers including paint-overs, written and verbal feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Self-motivated and comfortable dealing with the ambiguity of V1 and incubation work
- Passion for games, technology, and/or amazing user experiences
- 5+ years in concept or 3d art position or equivalent experience with at least 2 shipped titles preferred. We will consider candidates with 5+ years of experience as concept artist in other CG related fields.
- Excellent communication skills - drawn, verbal and written
- Demonstrate knowledge and application of modern art processes and techniques for console games
- AA/BFA preferred, or at least can demonstrate through portfolio an industry standard level of art
- Experience developing User Interfaces a plus
- Experience with the Unreal 3 Engine a plus
- Game Environment work a plus
