Turn 10 Studios, creators of the highly successful Forza Motorsport series, is looking for an experienced Artificial Intelligence developer to join us at our studios in Redmond, WA. We are looking for a great candidate who can push the envelope of AI in the racing genre. We want someone who can help drive and inspire a small team of developers and designers to define our feature set and provide technical direction. Excellent technical and communication skills are critical. You must be able to work equally well with the development, design, and test teams.
A qualified candidate is required to have the following experience:
- Must have 5+ years of professional AI experience
- Must have strong education with background in AI
- Must have 5+ years of experience with C++
- Demonstrated experience in leading development efforts
Candidates with the following additional skills will be preferred:
- Experience and passion for writing vehicle control systems
- Experience shipping console game titles
- Knowledge and passion for cars and racing
- Experience developing for the Xbox 360 platform
