Associate Producer

Purpose
Direct/ create 1 product that is saleable by HB while helping to maintain established milestones & project objectives. This position is a step up from Assistant Producer and is essentially a Producer-in-training role.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Create/write and drive the design process in conjunction with design team.
* Work with Project Coordinator to organize teams tasks
* Provide leadership and mentorship to the Assistant Producer on the team.
* Coordinating central resources (Audio/Art)
* Researching content
* Identify and help resolve conflicts between schedule, budget and design goals
* Foster positive working relationship and teamwork within the development teams with an emphasis on communication.
Key Results
* To bring high quality projects through to completion on schedule and in budget.
* Good relationships maintained with other team members at all times.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent /related experience.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a project management role.
* Good understanding of multimedia and software tools.
* Proficiency in project management software
* Excellent organizational and communication (both verbal & written) skills.
* A proven ability to multi-task, make decisions and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
* Self motivated and avid game player
* Able and willing to work additional hours as necessary to successfully complete tasks
* Excel as a team player and strive to maximize team/department performance.
* A dedicated work ethic and commitment to excellence.
* A strong familiarity with soccer.

* An understanding of game theory and related technology
* An understanding of the game development life cycle and design process - from concept to delivery
