EU BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - IRELAND

We are searching for a smart, organized, passionate and data driven European Business Development Manager to be based in Ireland office. The European Business Development team is responsible for identifying and evaluating business opportunities, managing relationships with partners, and providing strategic and analytical support for the company. New business opportunities include IP expansion, adding local billing and payment methods, adding value-added services for League of Legends, and exploring new gaming platforms.
Location: Ireland
Salary: Completely negotiable for the right person, excellent benefits package too!
Responsibilities:
•Identify and assess new opportunities in coordination with local marketing and community teams and international creative, community, and marketing departments
•Build business plans around new opportunities
•Manage and extend existing partnerships
•Work with the international Business Development Team to negotiate and review business terms and contracts
•Contribute on marketing and communication activities around the licensing products
•Follow up on royalty statements and monitor partner payment compliance
•Conduct strategic reviews and analysis for other departments in the company
•Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
•5+ years of work experience
•3 years of work experience in the gaming industry in Business Development or 2+ years of work experience in investment banking or strategy consulting preferred
•Ability to execute creative conception of a product all the way to its market launch
•Strong research and analytical skills and strong attention to detail
•Ability to build financial models and make data driven decisions
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
•Must have a passion for video games
•Must relocate to Dublin
•Fluent in English – additional European language a plus
