Business Development Manager

Main Responsibilities

* Create a content portfolio for all SCEE territories and identify suitable target partners

* Develop financial models as a basis for commercial due diligence and deal structuring

* Build business plans supporting the Sony strategy

* Lead negotiation activity or help to facilitate or support negotiations

* Originate ideas for the evolution of existing 1st, 2nd and 3rd party services.

* Present findings and make recommendations to senior stakeholders

* Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across many countries

* Propose and recommend platform and process improvements for enhancing business and consumer benefits

Skills/Experience

* At least Bachelor degree from a recognised University required.

* Knowledge and experience in Entertainment, Telecoms and Media (preferably at leat 2 years of work experience in one or more of these sectors)

* Track record of successful commercial negotiations is a MUST

* A proven ability to generate opportunities and apply them to support strategies and decision making through quantitative and analytical skills

* Strong communication and influencing skills through various communication tools is a MUST

* A proven experience in the development and analysis of complex business models

* Inter-personal and relationship building skills, ability to work in multi-cultural environment

* Fluency in English and at least one foreign language (writing and speaking)

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to author and deliver presentations to small and large audiences

* Self-motivated and proactive individual but also a highly organised team player

* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
