Cinema Pipeline Tools Engineer
My client is dedicated to creating exceptionally high-quality video games for the PC and next-generation consoles powered by cutting edge games technology.
Their goal is to provide gamers with an intuitive user interface, innovative exciting gameplay, and revolutionary atmospheric visuals.
Based in a fantastic location in Germany, our client offers open planned offices and the opportunity to work with some of the best technology available.
The successful candidate will involved with actively researching and developing the in-house engine to raise the rendering quality bar and design new pipelines and tools to change film maker's life.
Have you thought about making state-of-the-art pipelines and tools that will be used by Hollywood studios and upcoming films? Do you want to work with a highly motivated team with talented researchers and engineers? If so this may be the role for you!
Requirements:
o Solid industry programming experience
o Solid MFC experience
o Fluent in C++, strong software engineering and debugging skills
o Good STL experience
o Good communication skills and ability to work smoothly in a team
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a similar degree or comparable experience
Preferences:
o Film pipeline experience is a plus
o Experience writing Maya plug-ins with C++
o Experience with multi-threading
o Experience with Python
o Experience with video processing (video editing, video tracking)
o Good linear algebra background
