Title: Company Store Associate
Reports to: Company Store Manager, with daily oversight and Senior Manager of Facilities & Corporate Services
Primary Responsibilities:
• Represent the Company Store with the highest level of customer service to all internal users worldwide
• Credit card and “points” transactions at the POS
• Restocking of sales floor and organization of stock room
General Responsibilities:
• Opening and closing of POS system
• Maintaining adequate inventory levels of games and apparel
• Return obsolete and or defective games to the Distribution Center in Louisville, Kentucky
• Respond to all e-mail inquiries concerning the EA Experience in a timely fashion
Experience:
• Two years’ experience in Shipping, Receiving, Inventory fields; and preferably 2 years of experience in Retail
• Computer literate in Point of Sale system, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Oracle.
• Excellent communication skills
• Interface with all levels of management within EARS and other EA locations.
• Extensive knowledge of the gaming industry including all current generation gaming systems
Other Requirements:
• Task management (Overseeing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and maintaining a consistently high level of output)
• Listening and learning (Ability to assess priorities quickly, and become proficient with protocol, culture and processes)
• Ability to work in a team environment with an unusually high customer service focus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion
• A polished and professional demeanor
• Vendor management skills (fearless on the phone and at complete ease asking for deliverables, refunds, credits, etc. in a calm and professional manner)
Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
