Creative Director - Contract/Permanent
My client is one of the largest providers of outsourced production services to the game and movie industries and the first independent games developer in China.
For their European studio based near Paris they are now looking for a Creative Director in order to increase their capacity to invent new concepts and bring fresh ideas. If you want to be part of the most exciting and fast growing Asian company, working with leading worldwide publishers on multiple projects of different sizes and on a variety of platforms then this could be the job for you!
Possible Missions will be:
• Propose creative game concept within the constraint provided by client:
• Study RFP and identify the needs from the client and the license.
• Brainstorm on projects for all platforms and suggest original touch.
• Produce punchy presentation based on game concept and be able to sell the ideas within.
Profile:
• Freelance status required (although some in-house work may be required)
• Fluent in English is essential
• Will have launched commercially successful titles as Creative Director
• Excellent Knowledge of video games industry
• Passionate and Creative
• Capacity to communicate and summarize idea by writing
• Marketing skills will prove an advantage
• Artistic background
• Extra knowledge of game design (level building, scriptwriting, AI tuning, gameplay , etc…) is a plus
