Deployment/Configuration Engineer

BioWare Austin is looking for a Deployment/Configuration Engineer for the Star Wars: The Old Republic Team. We employ agile and branched development methods to deliver a build and deployment system for one of the most ambitious games ever created. Successful candidates will have knowledge and experience in the maintenance of large scale software development infrastructures and online systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Executes builds and deployments
• Troubleshoots build, deployment, and configuration issues
• Maintains configuration management system
• Maintains and enhances build scripts
• Automates build procedures and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong knowledge of Perl, Python, and/or other scripting languages
• Experience with Perforce, Subversion, and/or other source control systems
• Familiarity with Configuration Management and Continuous Integration systems
• Linux operating system experience
• Experience working with defect tracking systems and ticketing systems
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Familiarity with branched development concepts
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Oracle database experience desirable
• 2+ years experience in an equivalent position a plus
