Exciting opportunity to join a client who Develops and Publishes Interactive Entertainment software games for Handheld, Console, PC Gaming!
Reporting to the European Licensing and Business Development Director:
•To provide organisational and administrative support for the Digital Distribution team in Europe to successfully set up and manage their Digital Partnerships
•To manage and co-ordinate the delivery of assets to Digital Distribution Accounts to ensure successful product launches across all accounts/regions
•Support Business Development Director on other pan-European revenue opportunities, as requested
Responsibilities
Asset delivery and management
Co-ordinate the delivery of assets to digital partners in terms of masters and marketing assets for relevant products. Ensure that all of the required client approvals are obtained in a timely manner
•Maintain the Digital Distribution Title Schedule for our client globally across all formats (PC, and consoles). This details pricing, age ratings, banned regions and other key product information
•Ensure the updated Title Schedule is communicated to all our clients Sales Managers/Directors and Label Product Managers regularly and amend as required. Ensure that digital partners have the latest information and update sites as required.
•Maintain the Digital Distribution Status summary and ensure it is up to date at all times
•Update and maintain the digital distribution partner database, to include listing all 3rd party approved portals, distribution lists, pre load and security processes, FTP details, IP addresses, contact details etc
•Regularly complete analysis of International online retailer pricing vs Digital
•Track and monitor the 3rd Party Approved distribution portals and how the brands are presented, that the royalty reporting matches the prices displayed
•Ensure that all partners’ promotional proposals are reviewed and received the required approvals. Ensure that all results are communicated
•Log and track all digital promotions and report back on all results. Maintain the promotional calendar
•Completing competitor analysis template for marketing and promotional offers being run (Consoles / Retailers etc)
•Assist in conducting internal territory audits across all digital partners
•Ensure that as contractual obligations are met that the status is communicated with the partners and internal teams such as Finance so revenue can be booked
•Proactively identify processes and procedures to continually improve the way that they conduct their digital business
•Work on presentations and reports to be presented to Senior Management
Building and Developing Relationships
•To build and maintain good working relationships and communication channels internationally, internally and externally.
•Maintain close contact with the Legal, Sales, Finance and Marketing teams.
