Experience & Qualifications:

This position will define and manage the end-user experience, working closely with product, technology, design and analytics. You will help ensure delivery of the best possible customer experience, through a site that effectively drives conversion while delighting the user.

Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with design, product and technology team to creatively define product experiences

- Provide UI feedback to product managers and designers on on-going projects

- Spread UI best practices throughout product and design organization

- Help product, design and technology team create experiences that can meet both business and user goals

- Constantly monitor and assess user flows and experience, as well as effectiveness of high level interaction on the site

- Conduct user research and usability testing as needed

- Help product managers structure AB and multivariate tests to continuously improve usability

- 7-10 years experience in managing the design of easy-to-use, consumption-focused UIs that touch millions of users; expertise in e-commerce a plus but not a requirement

- Proven experience in information architecture, interaction design, user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping

- Experience managing teams and coaching junior member

- Experience with Omniture Site Catalyst/Test and Target a plus

- Ability to work collaboratively with design and product in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; adept at facilitating decision-making

- Strong creative problem-solving skills; ability to innovate and develop new approaches to complex problems

- Ability to work independently and switch rapidly between different projects

- Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
