Dutch Community Coordinator
Dutch Community Coordinator is sought by a leading UK online games studio,
This is an excellent opportunity to join this rapidly growing games company, working to support, engage and grow our online community of Dutch-speaking players.
In this exciting and varied role, you could be dealing with anything from running international in-game player events and competitions to clan support or account and payment queries!
Key Duties Include:
•Continuous engagement with the player community
•Completion of community based projects as required
•Supporting Marketing, PR and the Development teams in releasing high quality content
•Reporting on consumer trends and feedback
•Participation in events - planning, support and attendance
•Managing workload efficiently and completing multiple projects to deadline
Essential Requirements:
•Fluency in the Dutch language, both written and verbal
•Previous experience in a similar community management role
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows/MS Office
•Knowledge of current social media trends
Desirable Requirements:
•General knowledge of MMORPGs
•A keen gamer and understanding of the games industry
•Experience with website software both configuration and management
•Good MS Office skill, especially with Excel
