Role Description
To manage all aspects of content on all EA’s Direct to Consumer storefronts, including EA Store and the Download Manager in-app store, including (but not limited to) new product set-up, pricing and promotional activities.
• As an Online Commerce Operations Coordinator, you will work in a small team with the primary role of maintaining the EA Storefronts, manage price changes and support online marketing activity to drive sales through the Storefront.
• You will work closely with various contacts, both internally and externally, to configure products from pre-order through to release including the delivery of pre-order incentive delivery and related customer messaging.
• Strong communication across key stakeholders within EA, suppliers and agencies to achieve goals.
• Communication with territories, EA.com teams, and Global Online team. Territory alignment will be a key aspect to this role.
• Provide a solid structural, procedural and functional online environment for EA Store and Ebisu.
• Create, set and monitor regular marketing campaigns across new release titles.
Responsibilities:
- Catalogue maintenance
- Manage content set-up across all EA’s D2C storefront, including Origin Store (web) and the Origin (download manager) in-app store.
- Collate all assets including product descriptions and images for new products
- Coordinate localization of assets
- Populate CMS with localised assets
- Execute merchandising updates on to maximize conversion
- Set up cross / up sells for all products
- Ad hoc changes to product content such as creation of new images and promotional copy.
- Promotion and marketing support
o Create tagged links for all marketing campaigns and partner sites.
o Offer setup to execute planned marketing/merchandising promotions
o Ad hoc fulfillment of customer incentives such as providing customers with unlock codes and other bonus content.
- Track productivity
o Product setup (including number of touches, and categorization of reasons for touches
o Product setup/maintenance error rates
o Meeting agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs)
Skills and Experience Required
• Microsoft Office knowledge essential (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• High degree of initiative - must be able to act independently to achieve specific aims.
• Must be able to be innovative, passionate and responsible.
• Previous experience of comparable E-commerce experience; FMCG industry experience highly desirable
• Self-motivated, independent worker with entrepreneurial passion and ability to effectively multi-task
• Excellent communication skills – with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of the Online market essential.
• Knowledge of marketing preferable.
• Knowledge of an industry similar to ours (e.g. video/music/etc.) preferable
