The CRM team is responsible for developing a world class direct communication dialogue with tens of millions of consumers throughout the EMEA region primarily via email. The team consists of a small number of hardworking but fun loving professionals dedicated to the success of eCRM, Email Marketing and Consumer Data Management at both a central and territory level.

The role focuses on Email Campaign Management and CRM. It is an important role utilising the extensive data sources and encompasses end to end campaign management, developing strategy, building new CRM programmes, analysis and providing post campaign reporting to stakeholders. The role will involve executing CRM strategies, campaigns and initiatives across PlayStation software, platforms and branded properties
