We’re a small and growing team of experienced incubators and game developers working with truly inspiring entertainment technology. We brainstorm exciting and ground-breaking experiences and quickly build working prototypes on top of developing tech. We transform our ideas into reality through shipping first-to-market products.


You’re an awesome game engine developer with an array of skills in supporting and creating core engine features. Your background ranges from performance tuning on CPU/GPU, to systems development of memory management, streaming, object systems, and consuming middleware. You thrive on getting the most out of the hardware available, from adapting an existing commercial engine for best results, to integrating better middleware, to designing and developing large new systems from scratch. You delight in making the engine easy for developers and designers and work collaboratively with both to diagnose and fix issues. You're thrilled to move your code into production and ship a compelling and innovative title. You're looking to make significant contributions, solve hard problems, and work in a fun and healthy environment with excellent peers.


Qualifications:

- 7+ years of game development experience in C/C++

- Shipped multiple AAA titles on current generation platforms

- Passion for delighting players and users with awesome games and entertainment experiences

- Amazing debugging and optimization skills in a multi-threaded, networked environment

- Solid background in general gameplay engineering (AI, effects, physics, graphics, networking)

- Experience with evaluating, intelligently integrating, and leveraging middleware solutions (Havok, PhysX, Wwise, Scaleform)

- Demonstrated experience with modern game engines such as Unity, Unreal, or equivalent

- Rock-solid mathematics skills

- Strong creative problem solving abilities

- Bachelors in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent


Bonus skills:

- Aptitude with additional programming languages - HLSL, C#, Python

- Experience with secondary scripting languages - Unrealscript, Lua, Javascript

- Extensive experience with PIX on the 360

- Experience with Kinect or other motion control technologies
