Human Resources plays a key role in ensuring that all EA staff members feel supported and that they have access to training, development, and other opportunities to take career and skills to the highest level.

Role Overview

• Provide high quality, thoughtful support that anticipates the needs of the individuals on the team

• Maximize the effectiveness of the team by proactively managing schedules, meetings and activities and be prepared for multiple changes

• Coordinate domestic and international travel

• Understand the key functions and projects. Provide monitoring and follow-through support on action items in progress.

• Manage multiple special projects as requested for example, meetings and event planning,

• Team with administrative staff throughout EA and HR to facilitate good communication, help coordinate joint projects, etc.

What skills does EA look for??

• 5 years administrative experience part of which has been spent supporting senior level executives.

• Excellent technical administrative skills; proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Outlook e-mail, contact database and scheduling software.

• A self-motivated individual who works with little to no supervision and demonstrates initiative, flexibility and teamwork.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interfacing with a diverse group of people from senior level executives to creative studio types.

• A seasoned administrative professional with excellent judgment and a calm demeanor under the pressure of deadlines.

• Extremely well organized and adept at managing calendars for multiple executives.

• Capable of working in a fast-paced work environment, requiring good prioritization, organization and communication skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.

• Capable of working with discretion and tact in an environment exposed to a high level of proprietary and confidential information.

• Resourceful and able to work with initiative and common sense.

• A team-player who is willing to help others and work flexibly to ensure the company's goals are met.
