Executive Assistant - Part-time

PopCap Games is looking for a extraordinary, part-time Executive Assistant for our Managing Counsel. Requires excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. This position has frequent, direct (in-person and telephone) contact with all levels of staff and management worldwide, as well as outside service providers (legal counsel, insurance brokers, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Support the Managing Counsel with administrative tasks and projects, including organizing and prioritizing work flow and files, reviewing and analyzing requests and inquiries and disseminating, as appropriate
Maintain comprehensive and accurate contract files, primarily in electronic form; scan documents and ensure consistent categorization of documents by different company offices
Perform various administrative duties, including data input, typing, faxing, arranging meetings, arranging travel, preparing expense reports, collecting and disseminating status reports, assisting with department budget questions, etc.
Review, assess, route, answer, and monitor follow up action items on correspondences
Handle initial intake, categorizing and processing of invoices from outside counsel
Answers and routes phone calls, mail and email messages and handle wide-range information dissemination to internal and external sources
Required Skills/Personal Requirements:
2+ years legal assistant work supporting in-house corporate counsel or administrative assistant role for executive or senior manager
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Expert user of Microsoft Suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with and other applications a plus
Education and/or Certifications:
High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
College degree preferred
