Executive Assistant

This position will support the Senior Vice President/General Manager and one of our Franchise Studio Directors.  The Executive Assistant will be providing the highest level of administrative support to this group of PopCap’s business leaders.  This position requires an individual to possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines, outstanding organization and problem solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.   Responsibilities:   Manage and schedule complex executive calendars and meetings, organize and prioritize work flow, review and analyze requests and inquiries and liaison with other staff and outside clients as appropriate Handle confidential and time sensitive material Prepares and maintains executive office system budgets Develop, implement, and administer departmental office systems and procedures Review, assess, route, answer, and monitor follow up action items on correspondences Gather and analyze information required for administrative reports Prepare presentations and create other visual support tools Coordinate extensive US and International travel arrangements and act as liaison for communicating key information between executives and their teams during periods of travel Prepare minutes, perform fact checks, and distribute information from meetings Organize events, including conferences and other meetings Handles expensive account management for a set of executives Creates and maintains filing system(s) Answers and routes phone calls, mail and email messages and handle wide-range information dissemination to internal and external sources Coordinate and monitor key dates and deliverables for executives and staff  on major projects Other projects and duties as assigned   Required Skills/Personal Requirements:   5+ years of executive assistant experience to executives and their teams Excellent organizational  and time management skills Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and with little direct day to day supervision Solid public speaking/presentation experience and strong writing skills Ability to recognize and handle confidential material in a professional manner Strong understanding of business practices, budgets and spreadsheets Strong written and oral communication skills Expert user of Microsoft Suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)and other technical applications   Education and/or Certifications:   Bachelors Degree or the equivalent experience.   PopCap Games (www.popcap.com) is the worldwide leader in casual video games: fun, easy-to-learn, captivating games that appeal to everyone from age 6 to 106 and are available anytime, anywhere.
