Executive Producer for Successful Developer Working on Kinect Games Project
My client is an established company that is known to make highly successful and innovative games.
They are now looking for an exceptional Executive Producer to lead an exciting and ground breaking Kinect title. You should be able to demonstrate a strong passion to drive people, product and process and an ability to both define business goals and execute against them.
You will be able to show:
* A clear track record of driving multiple products though from concept to completion
'Can do' attitude, self-starter, ability to create opportunities and drive execution
* Strong leadership skills, ability to build high performing teams through hiring, mentoring and organisational structure
* Ability to deliver high quality while managing schedule risks and project budgets
* Strong communication skills, can clearly articulate the creative core of a product, set the bar for quality and user experience
* Mature leadership skills, building strong relationships with game team, executive team and partners
* Clear passion to innovate in the casual and social gaming space
* Entrepreneurial business sense, a good understanding of the online and/or mobile space would be an advantage
The ideal candidate should have:
* Extensive experience in the gaming industry in senior management roles
* Experience of multiple platforms including console, mobile and online
* Experience of creating games that have proven commercially successful
* Experience of creating, shipping and supporting a game with a significant online component
* An understanding of online based game development, infrastructure and support would be an advantage
This is a permanent position which offers a good basic salary, as well as an extensive list of company benefits including
