Globally successful recruitment agency has lots of demand for our super services, are you going to join this amazing team. We operate on a global basis needs a Recruiter Consultant. It will be recruiting artists and animators for already established clients within the video games industry. This is working from home, so you need to be self motivated and self disciplined. It will be working on a self employed contract basis. Ideally you will be multilingual.

All of the clients and candidates are right here on the database; we need a person with beautifully honed account management skills to match them up and to continue with our success. We recruit for all the major players to include: Rock Star, Microsoft and Ubisoft.

You must have a background in recruitment. It will be working on a hot desk complete with candidates and clients at the ready so you need to be able to hit the ground running.

The key competencies you need to be successful in this environment are a proven ability to be organised and prioritise, articulate yourself in a convincing and persuasive way, coupled with a good listening skills and a good memory. You also need to give consistent performance in a varied environment, and have the ability to build relationships over the telephone.
Duties:
Building relationships with candidates and clients.
Writing job specifications/advertisements
Servicing key accounts and maintaining relationships
Using social networking sites
New business opportunities
Background industry research: updating database of movers and shakers
Internet and emails
Database maintenance
Friendly and confident telephone manner
