You’re a lead game developer with a stellar track record and you love to learn and tackle new challenges. You thrive on working collaboratively with production, art, design, and your high performing team of developers to deliver awesome games with superb production value. You have a good background across rendering, AI, gameplay, animation, effects, and physics - with particular strength in one or more of these areas. You take on huge responsibilities in realizing creative vision by driving through ambiguity with well-architected technical designs, aggressive and achievable schedules, technical leadership, and your own significant code contributions. You're passionate about hiring, building, and mentoring a strong team and you're looking for the right opportunity to do something amazing.
Qualifications
6+ years of professional development experience in C/C++
2+ years of technical management experience
Shipped multiple titles on current generation platforms, with at least one as a lead engineer or technical director
Passion for delighting players and users with awesome games and entertainment experiences
Strong background in general gameplay engineering (AI, effects, physics, graphics, networking)
Demonstrated experience with modern game engines such as Unity, Unreal, or equivalent
Excellent debugging and optimization skills working in a multi-threaded environment
Rock-solid mathematics skills
Strong creative problem solving abilities
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent
Bonus skills
Aptitude with additional programming languages (C#, Lua, Python, HTML5/Javascript)
Familiarity with middleware physics solutions (Havok, PhysX, Bullet, etc)
Experience with secondary scripting languages (Unrealscript, Lua, Python)
Experience with Kinect or other motion control technologies
Background in computer vision, image analysis, natural and voice user interfaces
