Gameplay Programmer Required For Developer-
My client is an independent and privately-owned game development studio located in Germany.

Founded in 2004, my client is committed to making AAA titles. Comprised of industry veterans with a shared passion for creating fun, innovative game play, they are now developing original properties for the next generation of cross-platform multiplayer games.

The Gameplay Programmer develops various game related functionality for PC and Consoles (controls, camera movement, game rules, audio, physics, performance optimizations) in C++ and scripting languages.

Position Responsibilities:
•Designing, Defining and Developing the next generation of multiplayer internet game functionality, on top of multiple platforms
•Providing hands-on technical expertise to define and develop networked simulation techniques
•Interacting closely with designers, artists, and animators to bring the vision of the game to life
•Co-Developing tools with artists, animators, designers and our core programming staff
•Creating good quality, performance-minded code
•Exploration of new practices to continually improve the quality of game development within the company


Position Requirements:
•Good object oriented programming skills
•Having a passion for making and playing innovative games
•Strong background in math
•Strong background in graphics
•Fluency in English




Technical Requirements:

•Familiarity with network middleware

•Degree in Programming (B.S. or equivalent)
•Experience in Console Programming on PS3 and/or XBOX360
•Experience in programming an action shooter
•Intensive Knowledge of the Unreal Engine
