ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the studio operations director and EA Games Label, you will be responsible for supporting the Driving vertical studios with their operational day to day requirements and deliverables. You will also be responsible for tracking progress and reporting status.
Operations Management
Support the DD and team with:
- Weekly, then daily meetings between Alpha and Final to discuss dates, progress against plan and risk
- Track & communicate Alpha to Ship milestones to the relevant contacts (team, NPL, CDS etc.)
- Maintaining detailed project schedule including all dependencies up to Final, for post launch support and additional content deliveries (servers, demos, live testing, localisation, web, mobile, PR etc.)
- Maintaining project tracker with all relevant project codes and IDs, technical information etc.
- Maintaining project tracker with unlocks, product tree
- Communication and problem solving during the finaling phase to ensure on-time Street
Point of contact for Publishing organisation:
- Track and communicate final to ship dates with European, US and Asian operations/submissions
- Agree and track schedule for pre-launch testing discs/vouchers with Publishing
- Compile, maintain and submit add forms/Additional content/demo trackers/code matrix
Support team and train them with CDS processes & documentation/Primary point of contact for CDS:
- Title pre-cert and final cert submissions: track submissions and organise daily follow ups during testing,
- Age rating submissions: track package compilation, advise on questions and submit final package
- Metadata preparation: schedule, check, compile & submit the metadata
- Track, submit & archive 1st parties requirements & concept documentation etc.
- Track waivers & 1st parties queries and share with QA & Cert teams
- Work closely with QA to understand actions required and risks to the schedule.
Project Tracking & Reporting
- Ensuring weekly reporting of project status in Everest
- Status tracking & reporting during finaling and throughout launch
- Tracking project dates & data to be used as input to future planning
Documentation & Process
- Contribute to sharepoint as required with
o Project info archiving
o Live project info & status
o Document learnings from projects
Specific skills & position requirements
- The nature of the role may require long hours and travelling
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate attention to detail, have good communication skills, be very well organised and have the ability to take initiative and follow through/determination and to work well across functions
