Graphics Programmer - PS3 Exclusive
My client is an independent games development studio, currently employing around 70 people and are working primarily on Playstation3-exclusive games. They pride ourselves on our friendly, energetic and creative working environment and our strongly Agile approach to games development.
They have a number of Sony exclusive titles at various stages of development and are looking for enthusiastic and talented game programmers to help us deliver on our ambitious plans.

Key Skills and Experience:
• 5+ years experience in the games industry
• Excellent C++ skills, used in a game-development environment
• In-depth knowledge of cutting-edge PS3 and PC graphics runtime and pipelines
• Experienced in all aspects of shader creation
• Able to build and maintain strong workflows for artists
• Happy to work closely with others in a cross-discipline team
• Able to design and plan own work
• Good 3D maths knowledge
• Excellent experience in debugging and profiling
• Passion for video games
Desirable Skills and Experience:
• Good knowledge of PS3 and/or PlayStation VITA SDK and TRCs
• Exposure to an Agile (e.g. Scrum) development environment
• Experienced in a wide variety of middleware and development platforms
• Enjoys meeting the quality standards of high-pressure triple AAA projects
