Our client who is a world leading independent online games studio, is looking for a highly experienced and innovative "recruitment" business leader to take their talent management strategy to the next level.
Reporting to the Head of HR, your key responsibility will be leading the busy Talent Acquisition team, working closely with their internal Learning & Development function to deliver the overall talent management agenda.

Key Duties Include:
•Taking overall responsibility for the development of best-in-class strategic talent management, including recruitment across all roles, graduate attraction, internal talent management and succession planning
•Taking responsibility for hands on delivery of executive-level hiring
•Driving a direct sourcing strategy utilising social media recruiting, event attendance and any other passive to active candidate creation tools
•Improving recruitment performance through continual refinement of recruitment systems, channels, policy and process and recruiting partners
•Continually seeking to develop and improve our employer brand and customer experience including relocation of talent globally
•Undertaking resource planning and scoping activities to fulfil headcount demand for our client
•Analysing business needs, industry trends and people metrics to identify and manage talent pools
•Designing assessment and selection programs and ensuring hiring manager competence
•Leading and developing a team of recruitment professionals
Essential Requirements:
•Proven results in an in-house, direct sourcing focused recruitment team
•In depth understanding of web 3.0 and creative talent acquisition techniques
•Experience within the IT, creative or digital industries
•Broad knowledge of assessment and selection tools and techniques
•Experience of internal talent management
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multiple priority environment
•Working knowledge of immigration rules and visa requirements
•Up to date working knowledge of recruitment law
•Educated to degree level
Desirable Requirements
•Understanding of the importance of recruitment 4.0 strategies
•Experience within the games industry
•Ability to lead a learning & development strategy to fully deliver the talent management agenda
•CIPD qualified
