This Scottish company works solely on original game titles for next gen consoles, using a unique concept and technology that will create new possibilities in massively multi-player on-line gaming. The Producer will work with an existing production team to drive the execution of existing plans, working alongside the project team leads to ensure that the development team’s activities result in the realisation of the project’s targets.

Responsibilities

- Drive creation of detailed milestone plans.
- Track progress to ensure that work done is always relevant and timely.
- Support long term planning as required.
- Provide ad hoc production support for project leads.

Qualifications Preferred
- Higher education – e.g. Degree.
- Certification in a recognised project management methodology (e.g. Agile Scrum, Prince2)

Experience Required
- 2+ years’ development experience in a production role covering the complete development cycle.

Knowledge/Skills Required

- Self-directed and detail-oriented with a strong desire to contribute to a uniquely creative environment.

- Excellent organisational, problem solving and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Very strong initiative with a desire to learn and be challenged.
