They need a Senior Programmer to work in small teams on a wide variety of challenging projects, including:
- Developing the company's world-leading technology for mobile and digital-download games and applications. .
- Working on award-winning original game projects across digital-download (console and handheld) and mobile platforms.
- Using their technology to bring existing console, handheld and mobile games and applications to new platforms (such as iPhone).
- Other technology projects, for example partnerships with mobile GPU vendors and console/handheld middleware providers.
Skills/experience required:
- Excellent academic qualifications.
- Excellent C/C++ skills (design, implementation and debugging).
- Ability to write high quality code quickly and work within a wide variety of 3rd party codebases.
- Ability to move rapidly between varied and challenging projects and technical environments.
- Demonstrable excellence in general programming.
- Good knowledge of writing efficient code in constrained environments.
- PSP / DS technology development experience is highly advantageous.
- Other console development experience is highly advantageous.
- Games development experience is advantageous.
- Advanced real-time 3D graphics and high-level shader languages experience is advantageous.
