Main Purpose of the Role
Manage and deliver localization testing projects within the timelines, quality and budget expected by EA, while constantly improving the overall efficiency of the team and relevant processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the overall smooth running and final timely delivery of the assigned projects, from cost planning and preproduction, to first party approval or launch date.
• Plan and negotiate project schedules.
• Assign daily tasks to the project team.
• In cooperation with the LT Senior Project Manager and the LTPM Supervisor, track the project costs and help anticipate financial risks.
• Maximize project team efficiency and productivity through a flexible allocation of available resources.
• Manage any testing services delivery required after launch where applicable.
• Work as first point of escalation for all project issues.
• In cooperation with our development partners – Asset localization, Studios and EISM – develop, implement and constantly improve best practice for each product or franchise.
Special Considerations
Localization is a dynamic area where there are peak periods of activity and the work load and the make-up of teams vary. Therefore it is necessary that the incumbent has past experience of working in a team environment of constant change.
Skills and Knowledge Required
• Experience in owning and delivering projects, creating the appropriate sense of urgency.
• Experience in communication and negotiation with different parties.
• Experience in balancing the conflicting needs of quality, time & cost to deliver solutions that meet the business and customers needs.
• Industry and software quality assurance knowledge; awareness of localization processes and methodologies.
• Problem solving and openness to new ideas.
• Experience in dealing with external and internal customers and solving customer issues.
• Demonstrated project management skills, in supervised positions.
• Previous experience in Mobile & D2C project management also a bonus.
• Fluency in English. Spanish also a bonus.

• Ability to directly manage simple projects in a variety of platforms and languages.
• Ability to solve project issues appropriately with a clear understanding of when there is a need to escalate.
