Lead Designer - Exciting Title in France!
Established in 2002, this Game Development Studio in France specializes in Console and PC games.

They are looking for a Lead Game Designer who will be responsible for and will supervise design and drafting of the game design for a game under development.

Management duties Include:
• Ensure good working relationships between partners, notably with the publisher.
• Supervise and train staff in your team
• Working in respect of technical constraints
• Establish the planning of GD tasks and their prioritization
• Ensure compliance with specifications and milestones delivery
• Highlight the tools needed to the production in collaboration with the producer

Game Design Duties:
• Writing the specifications
• Create and update game design documents
• Establish all clear and structured documentation to the team
• Anticipate and predict production problems in relation to your duties
• Prepare all internal/external reporting documents
• Work on ergonomics and functionality of menus

Skills/Experience required:
• Strong experience as a Lead GD in the video game industry
• Ability to make productive and constructive feedbacks
• High knowledge of video game production process
• High video game culture
• Teamwork / Communication
• Fluent English compulsory
• Analytical skills
