Lead Online Developer - New Mobile/Browser/Social Game Studio - Germany
My esteemed client have recently expanded their development focus and founded a new studio to develop for the swiftly growing opportunities in the mobile and browser game markets.

It is their goal to be internationally successful with their own IPs and with other high quality projects in the mobile and browser game markets.

They seek a Lead Online Developer/Programmer to join and command this project.

Role:
•Effectively communicate the core technical design and experience to the rest of the internal organization
•Help to ensure that the product leverages the ideas and resources of the design
•Project manage all technical facets of the online game as a live service
•Help evaluate, as part of due diligence, technical capabilities of prospective partners
•Problem solve
•Review and critique developers work
•Identify project risks and communicate them promptly and effectively with proposed solutions
•Create best practices and technical documents
An ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
•Solid in Unity3d engine and/or Flash
•Experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET
•Ability to effectively problem solve
•Architectural expertise
•Working knowledge of upcoming technologies such as Flash 3D, HTML 5, IOS, Android, etc.
•Project management experience
•Strong understanding of backend/online infrastructure as it relates to social/casual games
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•Ability to work in a team environment with maturity and leadership.

Previous Experience:
•A proven history of software development experience within the games industry. Online and social games experience a must
•Time served as a Technical Director or Lead Programmer or Team Leader of games development
•1+ AAA social/casual games titles preferred, including launch and live execution.
