Lead Online Programmer Required for Asian Based Outsourcer!
This great opportunity is with one of the largest providers of outsourced production services to the video games industry.

Headquartered in Shanghai and with offices in the US and Europe, their client portfolio comprises leading publishers and developers and includes 14 of the top 20 games companies in the world.

Due to their continued success and growth, they are now looking to hire a Lead Online Programmer:

We’re looking for a motivated and self-reliant Software Developer with a keen interest in online gaming. The ideal candidate craves hard problems such as synchronization of data. He or she is eager to tackle complex tasks such as modeling and extrapolation of game data but can rely on a good technical background to enable it to deliver concrete results.

Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent;
•Solid experience in software development;
•Experience in leading a team technically;
•Experience in computer network programming.

Responsibility:
•Work with a producer and report to him
•Manage and maintain bug tracker
•Design, plan, arrange and trace tasks
•Lead a development team in project
•Train and supervise senior programmers and programmers
•Deal with conflicts in teams

Requirement:
•Strong communication skills
•Strong programming skills in a development client/server environment, such as C++, PHP and Python (Java J2EE is a plus);
•Very good experience with Linux operating system (with software LAMP);
•Experience in testing, analysis of performances and scalability of complex network systems;
•Design simple solutions, be practical to achieve its objectives;
•Work with a quality department (for example: the process of delivery and management of bugs);
•Work with agile processes (for example: SCRUM, XP).
