This company is enjoying continued success and is in the very enviable position of developing and publishing world class video games.

They are currently expanding their portfolio with great new titles across several genres and all platforms and therefore need top tier candidates to help drive things forward. This is a fantastic time to get involved in the development of sure fire hit titles for one of the world's leading games companies.

The successful candidate will support the Producer in the technical development of quality products using internal development teams and third parties, from initial design to final commercial mastering, within agreed schedules and costs.

You will work closely with the environment and programming teams to create the stunning visual effects demanded by the Next Gen titles in development.

Skills / Experience:

•Previous experience in a similar role with a games company essential
Minimum of 3 full game production cycles
Management and project planning experience
Experience of building business relations
recruitment/interviewing experience
Platform art i.e. PlayStation2, Xbox, Game Cube, PC
Excellent understanding of production procedures and software employed in the team
MS Office/MS Project
3D art
Good interpersonal skills
Good motivational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Able to manage, plan and organise time
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines at all levels
Ability to manage the demands of numerous people and tasks
Ability to be responsible for taking decisions
Customer service focus
Excellent telephone skills
Team leadership qualities and a team player
Task Scheduling
Required to attend further training to meet the requirements of the role
Willing to work additional hours to meet the needs of the role
Willing to travel on company business on a short notice
