Live Producer - High Profile Developer / Publisher
The studio is a leading mobile gaming and entertainment network, reaching more than one out of every 3 iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users.
As a Live Producer, you will be responsible for providing roadmap direction and analysis to the studio, which is all about quality and innovation. This position is a metrics driven role. You'll get a chance to work on amazing titles and join the best artists and game developers in mobile games.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Make feature suggestions based on the analysis of user metrics
• Run "game as service" business with your titles and ensure their success
• Maximise titles' engagement, virality, enjoyment, and monetization
• Plan and execute product roadmap to meet goals via frequent deployment cycle
• Measure performance of the games and adjust to maximise performance
• Write light product and feature specs
• Balance the math in new feature design and manage virtual economies
• Create and enforce best practices
• Work closely with development teams, marketing, PR, community and web teams
The requirements for this position are:
• Strong passion for social media and mobile gaming
• Strong analytic skills and experience with metrics driven decision making
• Experience from AAA online games, social media and/or mobile games
• Understanding of micro-transaction business models
• Ability to communicate in English required
• Czech language skills a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to understand and resonate with our users and the user experience
• Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment
• Collaborative and consensus driven approach
• BA/BS degree - technical degree preferred
• Most important of all, you need to love games and entertainment!
