Localisation Coordinator- Contract Position
My client is looking for a Localization Coordinator who, along with the Producer, will coordinate the entrusted project, helping to deliver it on the established timeline with the top quality standards and within the budget limits agreed. In addition, the Coordinator will be responsible for the team and its training and developing, evaluating them on a regular basis.

The successful candidate should have a client focus, and be able to forge relationships with different clients from all around the world, being flexible and adaptable to the different constraints of the different timelines and project dependency changes.

The studio is located in a new high tech building in Spain where nearby entertainment includes cultural events, Museums (Picasso, Thyssen), golf, horseback riding, biking, yatching, skiing, beach volleyball, racetrack racing (Formula 3, LeMans, Porsche GT3), karting, etc.

Responsibilities:
•Keep track of the budget and raise any non forecasted issues.
•Along with the producer, prepare the project before its execution, creating an agreed schedule and testing plan.
•Coordinate schedule and requested tasks within the team.
•Keep the Producer updated on progress, risks and bug tracking status.
•Keep the Producer aware of the project status and support him on eventual escalations.
•Responsible of the testing media and hardware of the project.
•Responsible of the project testing team, Verify testing issue quality standards.
•Follow and ensure security procedures are met by the testing team.
•Evaluate and propose improvements to the established procedures.

Skills:
•Demonstrate multi tasking abilities, being able to work under high pressure.
•Good project management skills and ownership of the project, showing a problem solving and proactive attitude.
•Good communication skills.
•Good knowledge of the video game industry, especially project development timelines.
•Fluency in English.
•Team worker with excellent customer focus.
•Expert in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Project and Visio programs.
•Adaptability.
•Solid experience in software testing methodologies.
•Proven experience with multiplatform titles (Wii, NDS, Xbox 360, PS3, PC).
•Ability to design, create and maintain documentation and testing plans.
•Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Ability to evaluate risks and create mitigation plans.
•Proven experience managing and developing testing teams.
•Experience in Compliance, knowledge of technical compliance process.
•Experience in MMO/Social titles.
•Proactive and problem solving attitude.
•Good technical skills.
•Spanish, French, Italian or German skills.
•Understanding of 1st party submission and certification processes.
