EA Mobile – Marketing Assistant

Reporting to: Head of Marketing and Brand Partnerships (Northern Europe)

EA Mobile is looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant with a passion for games and an in depth understanding of mobile platforms and new technology.
You will work across the carrier, OEM, Apple and D2C channels and assist with the creation of mobile and ATL marketing campaigns, optimisation of this activity and timely reporting of campaigns to ensure that ROI is maximised across the marketing mix.

The Role

• To manage the D2C and integrated channels merchandising and CRM strategy and provide daily/weekly activity reports (unique users, page impressions, CTR, CTP, sales, time spent on page, drop off rates etc)
• To provide weekly sales reports across integrated carrier retail stores and provide ad hoc reports as and when required for the Senior Sales Manager, Head of Marketing and Sales & Marketing Director for Northern Europe
• To assist in the creation of marketing campaigns across Mobile, Online, Press and TV and manage the approval process of these campaigns with the relevant franchise Product Managers
• Co-ordinate EA mobile activity on local EA console/franchise sites and CRM/Marcomms
• Manage the editorial/promotional roadmap on carrier, D2C and OEM and channels to ensure that the content is refreshed on a weekly basis, life cycle management implemented (price reductions, BOGOF’s, check title are live on specific devices across A La Carte and AYCE service) and optimization of campaigns
• To collate data and provide punctual reporting on marketing activity across all channels, this will be a mixture of daily reports for D2C and Apple activity through to weekly/monthly reports for carrier and OEM campaigns
• Create and circulate a weekly competitor report showing activity on D2C, Carrier, OEM, Android and Apple channels
• Support with pitches to brands and media agencies around business development opportunities

Skills

• Intermediate level experience in Photoshop and PowerPoint as well proficient in using CMS systems.
Experience in creating marketing assets for WAP/Mobile channels, aware of the limitations of device and screen sizes.
• Intermediate Excel skills. analytical with the ability to accurately process data, extract key metrics and present in a timely manner
• Strong communication skills and team player
• Previous work experience preferred
