As part of that growth, our client has an immediate opening for an EU Online Advertising Specialist to lead the European players acquisition effort for their popular MMO and future products. The EU Online Advertising Specialist is responsible for driving players into the game through advertising, affiliate programs, co-marketing partnerships and player referral systems to introduce the game to new audiences. He or she must be self-motivated and prepared to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and support the expansion for the MMO in new European territories. The individual must have experience in marketing video games.

Requirements:

•3+ years of experience in metrics analysis and online advertising with demonstrated success in customer acquisition and optimization of online marketing including best practices, analysis and trends, creative and media strategies
•Experience with analysis of marketing including CPM, CPC and CPA based media, with a strong ability to identify what the numbers mean and lead to smart conclusion to take the appropriate action
•Ability to leverage quantitative analytic measures and focus on ROI metrics - strong analytical, strategic and interpersonal skills is a must
•In-depth knowledge of the PC Video Game market and consumer's media consumption habits
•Experience running a substantial affiliate program, and understanding of how to structure deals for maximum results
•Results oriented, self-motivated and extremely organized individual who doesn't accept constraints and has an entrepreneurial mindset
•Proven results working with outside partners and building relationships
•Passion for video games
•Fluent in English. Additional foreign language is a plus

Responsibilities:

•Analyse and Optimize online ad performance in Europe, per market, based on quantitative metrics to maximize ROI online
•Monitor the performance of the online ads on a weekly basis, and be responsible in reporting their performance on a monthly basis
•Determine and analyze key success metrics, and rigorously test and optimize for them
•Attract and form new relationships, and manage existing relationships with numerous media partners and affiliates
•Design, execute and drive the affiliate marketing program in Europe
•Schedule and execute marketing programs across a broad portfolio of channels, including SEM, Display, Affiliates, Viral, Email, Retention, Mobile, etc.
•Coordinate and collaborate with PR, community, and development as well as the North American Marketing team and international partners
