Skills and Experience Required:
• 2+ Years Professional experience of internet marketing ideally with a successful gaming, entertainment or e-commerce business
• Evidence of consistently developing and executing marketing campaigns which have successfully, and cost effectively increased customer acquisition, retention and revenues
• Broad E-Marketing Skillset & Knowledge including SEO, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, Usability, Conversion Marketing, Email Marketing
• Highly Analytical and Numerate – able to quickly identify trends and identify effective actions to improve results
• Bias to Action
• Business Studies or Marketing qualifications to at least A-level standard or equivalent
• Strong commercial and personal interest in MMO games
Core Responsibilities:
• Design successful user acquisition and retention programs
• Develop Marketing and PR plans and ensure that project timelines are being adhered to and identify risks early
• Design, manage and implement Internet marketing programs

o Affiliate Marketing
o Paid Search Marketing
o Social Media Marketing
o Search Engine Optimization
o Conversion Funnel Optimization
o Email Marketing
• Analyze and report performance
• Optimize advertising campaigns to reach set goals
• Design and manage marketing tools: banners, landing pages and email programs
• Manage the marketing budget.
• Manage PR and communications
• Submit weekly reports to the General Manager
• Support the Game Manager and Head of Publishing and work closely with the remote payments and community teams
