Online Technical Director Required for Shanghai Outsourcer
This great opportunity is with one of the largest providers of outsourced production services to the video games industry.
Headquartered in Shanghai and with offices in the US and Europe, their client portfolio comprises leading publishers and developers and includes 14 of the top 20 games companies in the world.
Due to their continued success and growth, they are now looking to hire Online Technical Director.
Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent;
•Extensive experience in software development;
•Strong Experience in leading a team technically;
•Strong Experience in computer network programming, both server and client.
Responsibility
•Report to CEO directly
•Supervise Lead Programmers and Architects
•Manage the SE department and ensure the optimum performance
•Ensure the quality of Programming deliverables
•Participant in recruitment and training of new talents related to online
•Involvement in evaluation of SE staff
•Manage communication with clients in terms of SE project progress and technique matters.
Requirement
•Manage training plan and conduct training for online
•Project and staff management skills
•Good reading and writing skills in English
•Excellent communication skills
•Excellent understanding of client/server techniques
•Excellent understanding of databases
•Strong knowledge of game development, game techniques and target platforms
