Summary:
Reporting to the European Business Development Director, the Partner Marketing Manager, is primarily responsible for helping maximise revenues by defining and managing the execution of marketing actions, in conjunction with partners, across PopCap’s key business verticals (mobile, online & Games of Chance). This position is an 8 month contract to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities:
Define and manage the execution of marketing campaigns with key partners on mobile channels(Apple, Nokia, Sony Ericcson), Online channels (Facebook, Amazon, POGO and Zylom) online and Games of Chance channels (Paddy Power, Sky Vegas and William Hill)
Monitor activities and ensure partner marketing actions are carried through
Analyse results of campaigns and produce reports detailing campaigns carried out, highlighting successes and carrying these forward into future campaigns
Liaise with Business Operations to ensure that promotions are tiered according to partner revenue
Leverage PopCap funded marketing activities in one business vertical to help negotiate other co-marketing activities from partners in others
Recommend marketing activities that will produce excellent direct and/or indirect return on investment
Manage internal and external creative services teams to produce required marketing assets for use in campaigns
Manage the delivery of marketing campaigns to required deadlines
Ensure compliance in execution with PopCap’s corporate branding guidelines
Interface into US team to share learnings and best practice
Work closely with EA publishing and media teams in Europe.
Manage the partner marketing budget including merchandise, marketing materials and advertising spend.
Required Skills/Personal Requirements:
Strong negotiation & analytical skills
Passionate about the App Store & Facebook marketing
Previous experience on online and mobile campaigns with large partners – Google, Apple, Facebook
High attention to detail & Prioritizes workload
Individual Contributor/Team Player
Experience launching, and measuring results of major marketing campaigns
Ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
Education and/or Certifications:
At least 5 years experience in marketing and/or product management (online, mobile, Agency or Games of Chance experience preferred)
Degree or professional qualification in Business or Marketing
