Role Overview
The WW Customer Experience team is here to support the games that are released by our studios as well as the customers that use them. The Project Management Office team is here to support the WW Customer Experience Project Management Team to help them accomplish their overall goals. The PMO Support Analyst role within Customer Experience (CE) is primarily responsible for supporting the needs of the PMO and the Project Management Team by validating and creating project status reports, scheduling / running team and status meetings, reviewing and editing project documentation, tracking project timelines and dependencies, compiling project risk and budget reports for management and maintaining project tools. This position reports directly to the PMO Director.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
PMO Support
- Help to rollout, maintain and ensure adherence to PMO guidelines, processes, templates and standards
- Compile, create and distribute portfolio status reports as needed to management
- Schedule and run the PMO status meetings with management and key stakeholders
Project Team Support
- Help project managers (PMs) to schedule project review meetings and prepare status reports
- Evaluate project timelines, dependencies and work with the PMs to make any necessary adjustments
- Review project documentation and assist where necessary
- Help to alleviate any schedule / dependency collisions
Reporting
- Review all projects and compile the necessary project status reports for the PM team, PMO, management and any others that are needed
- Review project status with the PMs / Director of Project Management and ensure that the report is accurate and correctly portrays the proper status
Scheduling
- Assist the PMO and the Project Management Team in scheduling, moderating and note taking / delivery for the different project related meetings
- Ensure that meeting action items are captured and followed up on in a timely manner
- Schedule and maintain “green light” leadership meetings for new initiatives and track each through the process (key milestones are scheduled and met)
Tool Maintenance
- Maintain the project related tools that we use in our business
- Setup new users and adjust user rights as needed
- Help to maintain the tools to keep them up to date and useful
- Work with leadership to implement any new tool changes as necessary
- Help to train others to use the tools and document the processes / steps that need to be taken to use the tools properly

What skills does EA look for?
- Degree in business administration or comparable job experience in project management support related fields
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a PMO or project support position
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio)
- Experience with project tools such as Jira, Greenhopper and @Task
- Background should include experience in the PMO support / coordination role
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills: detail oriented
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to self-direct and work with senior leadership
