The StarCraft II & Blizzard All-Stars team is looking for a highly organized individual with outstanding communication skills and project management expertise.  The ideal candidate has prior experience in game development and a keen knowledge of how each game development discipline operates and interacts.  Self-direction and follow-up skills are a must, along with the ability to anticipate production issues and find effective solutions.  The candidate must enjoy seeing a project from inception to completion and delivering games on time, while continually exceeding expectations with industry-leading levels of fun, quality, and polish.



  • Liaise with different departments to facilitate communication.
  • Work with department leads to determine resources necessary to see projects through to completion.
  • Coordinate, track and manage the activities of personnel to ensure that project tasks are completed on time.
  • Provide motivation and direction to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Facilitate team and department meetings to reach decisions effectively.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and ensures project forward momentum.
  • Assist the senior producer with creative and organizational tasks, as necessary.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.


  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the video game industry
  • Must have shipped at least one AAA title in a producer role
  • Able to communicate effectively with programming, art, design, and business personnel
  • Experience managing teams and delivering high-quality products on time
  • Knowledge of software development process, project management, and performance management
  • Proven experience managing schedules and employees to achieve desired results
  • Experience with game development pipelines and potential bottlenecks
  • Exceptional inter-personal skills, including finely-honed oral and written communication abilities
  • Able to facilitate and mediate between members of the executive team, development teams, sound, cinematics, online technologies, quality assurance (QA), video production, marketing and public relations (PR)
  • Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative
  • Passion for video games (especially Blizzard Entertainment titles!)


  • Fanatical love for real-time strategy games, MOBA-style games, and the burgeoning world of eSports
  • Significant knowledge of Blizzard Entertainment’s products and intellectual properties
  • Experience with online technologies,, and multiplayer systems
  • Educational, hobbyist, or professional experience with software engineering
  • An impressive body of shipped, published, launched, or internally-enacted work, whether in a corporate, academic, or creative context
