The Sports Entertainment Group (SEG) within Xbox is looking for a Lead Producer to help realize our vision to be the #1 choice for sports entertainment.
Responsibilities:
As the Lead Producer, you will work with Executive Producer and other team leads to define and manage the overall product and business of one or more projects. Responsibilities include:
- Define and drive a vision and consumer value prop for the project
- Partner with the SEG Engineering team to guarantee quality and timely delivery
- Partner with the Marketing and PR teams to establish the GTM and sustaining plans
- Provide regular status updates to senior management
- Manage external partners, including content providers, vendors, etc.
- Presenting, public speaking and communicating in executive reviews and to partners
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of production or program management related experience managing
- Strong strategic thinking, business and analytical skill competencies, coupled with tenacity for taking on initiatives proactively and delivering results.
- Strong technical acumen to work with Engineering teams
- Proven cross group collaboration excellence both internal and external
- Displays consistent drive, determination and persistence in getting the job done
- Self-managing, passion for entertainment and high energy level
- Hands on and will step into whatever role is required to ensure the job gets done
