OVERVIEW
As a Product Manager, you will have comprehensive ownership of a range of MMO gaming titles with responsibility for product roadmap, profitability, growth and direction. You will drive these along with the product vision from initial concept through pre-launch, launch and post-launch ensuring long term sustained ROI.
Your strong analytical skills will allow you to understand the key metrics that will influence introduction of new product design, features and marketing initiatives. Working with development and commercial teams you will be responsible for managing the delivery and implementation of these changes.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Strong passion for MMO games and analytics
• Strong analytic skills and experience with metrics driven decision making
• Experience in product management role at an online/ games company, consumer internet company or associate at management consulting/investment banking firm
• Understanding of micro-transaction business models
• Solid Microsoft excel skills
• Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment
• Collaborative and consensus driven approach
• BA/BS degree - technical degree preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Product management for two browser MMOs
• Run "game as service" business with these titles and ensure their commercial success
• Maximize titles' monetization, engagement, distribution and ‘fun factor’!
• Use a strong quantitative background to balance the math in new feature design and manage virtual economies
• Measure performance after feature launch
• Write light product and feature specs
• Create and enforce light coordination processes with internal and external partners
• Work closely with development team, marketing, remote payments and community teams
