Job Responsibilities:
The Product Manager will be responsible for the marketing management of a product from EA Games, from long-term brand planning to day-to-day operational management including budgeting, packaging, PR, advertising, forecasting, retail marketing, community building and other integrated marketing.

• Creation of marketing plan, including positioning, market analysis, and strategies;
• Manage budgets and forecasts;
• Manage development of marketing programs, including mass market advertising, packaging, channel, PR, and promotions;
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment between the product offering and optimization of marketing programs;
• Coordinate across EA divisions to maximize integrated marketing opportunities;
• Act as main marketing point of contact for all licensors on product ensuring strong synergy between the brands and compliance with all league rules and branding guidelines;
• Collaborate with 1st party (Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo) teams to maximize co-marketing opportunities.
• Work with consumer research team to optimize product and marketing efforts;


Required Qualifications:
• 6+ years relevant experience in marketing, preferably with a video game, entertainment or consumer product company;
• Strong creative skills, including ability to generate new ideas and “editorialize” potential ideas;
• Ability to aggressively create innovative marketing programs that generate results;
• Strong quantitative skills, particularly in the context of budgeting, forecasting and P&L; statements;
• Excellent organizational skills to balance a wide range of initiatives;
• History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done;
• Ability to define projects for developers, and work closely with technical team;
• Ability to think analytically, strategically and execute methodically;
• Superior verbal and written communications skills;
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously;
• Self-starter/entrepreneurial spirit;
• Clear customer-focus;
