Administrators play an important and valued role at EA. There are a variety of Administration roles across EA, and each comes with its own set of requirements, expectations, and responsibilities. Key is that Administrators are passionate about what they do and their enthusiasm always shines through in whatever they do. As Administrators are public facing they are expected to have first class communication skills. Specific roles include Production Coordinator, PA to execs or senior leaders, and Receptionist.

NOTE: This role is Part-Time 24 hours per week.

Role Overview

EA Production Coordinators generally work on a game team and report into the Senior Development Directors. Their primary responsibilities include tracking department expenditures, assisting with the monitoring of budgets, asset tracking of equipment and software, space planning and coordinating internal/external moves, contract administration, serving as the primary contact and coordinator of services with internal and external contacts, and generating and composing correspondence. They are also responsible for storage, stocking, organization, etc. Additionally, EA Production Coordinators organize meetings, conferences, events, and travel arrangements for team members. Other responsibilities include coordinating meetings and special events, proactively maintaining all department common areas as well as office equipment and supplies, and providing clerical and administrative support as required.

What skills does EA look for??

EA Production Coordinators need to be highly computer-literate, demonstrate an ability to quickly learn a wide variety of software packages, possess strong written and verbal communications skills, and be self motivated with a strong work ethic. They must also demonstrate success working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, using critical thinking and problem solving skills along the way. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as is at least some knowledge of the tools, technologies, and processes used in multimedia production.
