Production Coordinator- Elite
Production Coordinator assists the project's Production team with responsibilities in line with project coordination and execution. Production Coordinators are generally responsible for the day-to-day management of entire sections of the game's production. These sections can be the management of particular work pipelines, including art, animation, cinematics, programming, design, scripting, or sound.
o Coordinates in-house and/or external resources to meet production schedules
o Identifies weaknesses, bottlenecks, and risks in the schedule and troubleshoots communication and schedule dependency problems with the Producer and Leads.
o Maintains project documentation
o Manages team's material requests
o Tracks build deliveries
o Organizes and prepares materials for focus tests
o Resolves hardware/software issues
o Manages SKU submission (TRC, TCR, etc) and QA feedback (Activision QA)
o Manages localization issues such as translation and territorial content
guidelines
o Records meeting minutes and translates them into coherent task lists
o Supervises onsite quality assurance staff
o A catch-all for any production tasks that fall through the cracks
Experience:
o The title of Associate Producer or Production Coordinator will be based on level of industry experience and a review of the skill set needed for a particular set of tasks
o Experience on at least one project from start to finish
o Minimum of 2 years game development experience or production experience
o Passionate about games and game development
o Good problem solver
o Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong multi-tasking responsibilities
o Strong working knowledge of Excel, MS Word and other project management programs
o Familiarity with Max and Photoshop a plus
