We require that a programmer has the following skills:
- A solid understanding of Flash and Actionscript 2.0 and 3.0
- Examples that demonstrate your ability to code a game from scratch.
- Understanding of physics and math concepts that are often required for Flash games projects.
- Knowledge and experience in HTML, CSS and PHP.
- Understanding of compression techniques.
- The ability to self-learn new skills as required.
- Be able to work hard under pressure.
- Be a keen games player with an understanding of what makes a game fun.
Any of the following would also be a bonus:
- Other programming experience e.g. C++, Java,
- Basic design or layout skills.
