Project Manager, Console Games
I am currently looking for a Project Manager to support the production of the next chapter in a successful shooter franchise. This position is all about the attention to detail, dedication to process and performance.
You will be
• Scheduling the cross-discipline project planning
• Monitoring and passing on development progress and arrange & organise status meetings, provide solutions to management for improvements
• Drawing attention to risks on progress and present solutions.
• Involved in staff-management, resolving problems and motivation practices.
• Liaising with both internal and external staff/partners for the delivery of builds, art assets and other project relevant communications as necessary.
• Continuously enhancing organisation and communications skills.
• Dynamically work within the team working making recommendations to improve game quality and team productivity.
You will be bringing your previous project management experience within games to the table, during which you have shipped at least one console title in the role of Project Manager. A background in one of the development disciplines will be a distinct bonus, as will be knowledge of art packages like Max / Maya / Photoshop.
You should be rooted in the realities of games development and be able to strike a balance between cost, time and quality. Previous experience working within agile environment will be considered a plus.
