PROJECT MANAGER – WW CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Electronic Arts' WW Customer Experience is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Project Manager that has a strong desire for managing projects with a high level of systems and technical deliverables. At EA, you will join a growing team that is shaping the future of customer experience by supporting project managers and technical resources with implementing strategic programs and game launches that drive the way customers interact with EA.

Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will work in partnership with all teams within the WWCE organization by defining the project plan and schedule, facilitating project tasks and deliverables and ensuring that deadlines are met and risk is minimized for successful project deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Position will work cross functionally within the Worldwide Customer Experience organization to successfully lead all projects from initiation through stabilization.
• Position will focus all actions and decisions towards being a world-class project management organization.
• Position will be responsible for managing multiple projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and ability to multi-task is critical.
• Position will contribute to defining and assisting with process improvements.
• Position will be responsible for coordinating project requirements and documentation.
• Position will establish great working relationships with other teams/stakeholders within WWCE and as appropriate with external EA teams and vendors.
• Provide exceptional project management skills including (but not limited to) communication, organization, listening and attentiveness, and task delegation for world-class execution of projects.
• Position will define and own all aspects of the project plan and schedule for strategic initiatives and game launches.
• Ability to escalate roadblocks and mitigate risk to help deliver projects within scope, on time, and in budget.
• Position may include other duties as assigned to support the business.






Qualifications:
• Must be local in Austin.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing projects that are cross-functional with heavy systems and technology deliverables using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working with outsource and offshore resources to implement projects.
• Must be quick to learn new tools and technologies, and be able to apply that knowledge to improving business process.
• Ability to articulate trade-offs, recommendations, and risks associated with changing project requirements and/or reprioritizing projects.
• Ability to identify, to escalate, and to communicate issues and risks in a timely, concise manner.
• Works well with geographically and culturally disparate teams.
• Passion for working with people and helping others achieve their potential.
• Exceptional analytical and creative problem solving skills; solution oriented individual.
• A professional and disciplined self-starter with strong attention to detail.

• Knowledge of MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Visio.
• Knowledge of the @Task tool, call center operations, social/community tools, and knowledge base tools are a plus.
